Step-by-step
- 1When you open a channel, the most recent messages are displayed at the bottom.
- 2Scroll up to view older messages.
- 3Unread messages are marked with a divider line showing "New messages".
- 4Channel read status is tracked — the channel badge clears after you view new messages.
