Is Brigaly free to use?

Yes, Brigaly is free for students. Educational institutions may have different pricing plans based on their requirements.

For Students

How do I search for institutes?

Use the Explore page to search for institutes by name, location, category, or courses. You can filter results based on your preferences and follow institutes that interest you.

How do I send an enquiry to an institute?

Visit the institute profile page and click the "Enquire" button. Fill in your details and question, and the institute will receive your enquiry directly.

Can I follow institutes?

Yes! Click the "Follow" button on any institute profile to receive updates, announcements, and course information in your feed.

How do I manage notifications?

Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which updates you want to receive via email, push notifications, or in-app alerts.

For Institutes

How do I create an institute profile?

Navigate to the Institutes dashboard and click "Create New Institute". Provide your institution details, verify your information, and publish your profile.

How do I add courses?

From your institute dashboard, go to the Courses section and click "Add New Course". Enter course details including name, duration, fees, and eligibility criteria.

Can I manage multiple institutes?

Yes, you can create and manage multiple institute profiles from a single account. Switch between them using the institute selector in your dashboard.

How do I respond to student enquiries?

Check your Institute Admin panel for incoming enquiries. Click on any enquiry to view details and respond directly through the platform.

How do I add images to my gallery?

In the Advanced Institute Editor, go to the Gallery tab. Upload images of your campus, facilities, events, and activities to showcase your institution.

Privacy & Security

Is my personal information secure?

Who can see my profile information?

You can control your privacy settings. By default, your basic profile is visible to other users, but you can adjust what information is public or private.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Technical Support

The platform is not loading properly. What should I do?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Ensure you are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If the issue persists, contact our support team.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Can I access Brigaly on mobile?
