Raise a concern for your child
Campus for ParentsAs a parent on Brigaly Campus, you have a unique view designed to keep you informed about your child’s academic environment. View channels (read-only), receive announcements, and raise concerns on behalf of your ward.
Step-by-step
- 1Navigate to Campus → Concerns.
- 2Click "Raise Concern" and describe the issue related to your child.
- 3Specify which child the concern is about if you have multiple linked children.
- 4Choose a category (Academic, Behaviour, Safety, Infrastructure, General).
- 5Submit the concern — the institution admin team is notified immediately.
- 6Track the concern status and receive responses from the admin team.
