Respond to a concern

Campus Concerns (Admin)

View and respond to concerns raised by campus members — students, parents, and staff. Concerns are a formal feedback mechanism for grievances, suggestions, and issues that need administrative attention.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Click on a concern to open the full details.
  2. 2Read the concern description and any supporting context.
  3. 3Type your response in the reply area.
  4. 4Click "Send" to deliver your response to the campus member.
  5. 5The concern status updates to "Responded".
  6. 6The sender receives a notification that their concern has been addressed.
