Campus Concerns (Admin)View and respond to concerns raised by campus members — students, parents, and staff. Concerns are a formal feedback mechanism for grievances, suggestions, and issues that need administrative attention.
Step-by-step
- 1Open Admin Dashboard and navigate to the Campus section.
- 2Click "Concerns" in the campus sub-menu.
- 3All concerns are listed with the subject, sender, date, and status.
- 4Concerns may be categorised (Academic, Infrastructure, Behaviour, Safety, General).
- 5Newest concerns appear at the top.
