Activity Log

The Activity Log provides a comprehensive audit trail of all actions taken on your institution — member additions, content changes, enquiry responses, and admin actions. Use it for transparency and accountability.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Member Added/Removed — when students, staff, parents, or admins are added or removed.
  2. 2Content Updated — when courses, admissions, articles, or gallery items are modified.
  3. 3Enquiry Responded — when an admin responds to a student enquiry.
  4. 4Settings Changed — when institution settings or permissions are updated.
  5. 5Campus Actions — when channels, announcements, or invites are created or modified.
