Create an academic year
Open Admin Dashboard and click "Academic Years" in the sidebar.

Add terms to an academic year
Open the academic year you want to configure.

Edit an academic year or term
In the Academic Years list, click "Edit" on the year or term you want to modify.

Set the current academic year
When creating or editing an academic year, toggle the "Current" flag.

Add divisions and sections
Within an academic year, create divisions (e.g., "Grade 10", "Class 12", "First Year B.Tech").
