Managing Gallery

Upload and organise photos in your institution’s gallery. Showcase your campus, events, achievements, and infrastructure to attract prospective students and impress visitors.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Open Admin Dashboard → Gallery.
  2. 2Click "Upload" or "Add Photos".
  3. 3Select one or more images from your device.
  4. 4Images are uploaded and added to the gallery.
  5. 5Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and WebP.
  6. 6For best results, use high-resolution images (minimum 1200px wide).

Organise images by category

After uploading, assign a category to each image (Campus, Events, Labs, Sports, Library, etc.).

Add captions to photos

Click on any uploaded photo in the gallery manager.

Delete gallery images

In the Gallery manager, hover over or click the image you want to remove.
