Claim an unverified institution

Step-by-step

1. 1If an institution has not yet been verified by Brigaly, an amber "Claim" button appears in the top-right corner of the banner.
2. 2The Claim button is only visible to users who are not already the institution owner — it disappears once the profile is verified.
3. 3Click "Claim" to open the claim form.
4. 4Fill in your full name and email — if you are logged in, these are auto-filled from your account.
5. 5Enter your phone number and select your role from the dropdown: Owner, Director, Principal, Manager, or Authorized Staff.
6. 6Optionally add your designation (e.g. Managing Director, Head of Admissions).
7. 7In the Supporting Information field, describe your connection to the institution. Include registration numbers, official website URLs, or any other verifiable details (minimum 30 characters).
8. 8Click "Submit Claim" to send your request.
9. 9You will receive an acknowledgement email at the address you provided. Brigaly's team will review the claim and respond within 3–7 business days.
