Who can submit a claim
Viewing Institution ProfilesEvery institution on Brigaly has a rich public profile with tabs for about, courses, admissions, gallery, team, testimonials, articles, updates, and more. Learn how to navigate these profiles and make the most of the information available.
Step-by-step
- 1Anyone who has a legitimate association with the institution can submit a claim — you do not need a Brigaly account, but signing in auto-fills your name and email.
- 2Eligible roles include: Owner, Director, Principal, Manager, and Authorized Staff.
- 3Only one pending claim per email address per institution is allowed — if you have already submitted a claim, you will see an error if you try to submit again before it is reviewed.
- 4If your claim is rejected, you must wait 7 days from the rejection date before you can re-submit. After 7 days, the "Claim" button will reappear on the institution profile.
- 5Brigaly reserves the right to request additional proof during the review process.
- 6Submitting a false claim may result in account suspension.
