Viewing Institution ProfilesEvery institution on Brigaly has a rich public profile with tabs for about, courses, admissions, gallery, team, testimonials, articles, updates, and more. Learn how to navigate these profiles and make the most of the information available.
Step-by-step
- 1You receive an acknowledgement email immediately after submitting, confirming your claim details.
- 2The Brigaly team reviews all claims manually — this typically takes 3–7 business days.
- 3During review, the team may reach out to the email or phone number you provided for further verification.
- 4If your claim is approved, the institution profile will be linked to your account and you will gain access to the admin dashboard.
- 5If your claim is rejected, you will be notified via email with the reason. You may re-submit a new claim after 7 days from the rejection date — the "Claim" button will reappear on the institution banner once the cooldown period has passed.
- 6Claim approval does not automatically add the verified badge — verification is a separate step handled by the Brigaly team after ownership is confirmed.
