Invite parents to campus

Managing Parents

Add parent/guardian records and link them to enrolled students. Parents can be invited to campus to view their child’s channels, receive announcements, and raise concerns on behalf of their ward.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Parents with Brigaly accounts can be invited to the digital campus.
  2. 2Go to Campus → Invites and send an invite to the parent’s email.
  3. 3Select "Parent" as the membership role.
  4. 4Once accepted, the parent gains access to view their child’s campus channels and announcements.
