Subjects & AssignmentsCreate subjects for your institution and assign them to teachers, divisions, and terms. Subject assignments connect the academic structure — linking what is taught, by whom, and to which groups.
Step-by-step
- 1When creating a campus channel, you can link it to a specific subject assignment.
- 2This creates a dedicated communication space for that subject (e.g., "Grade 10 - Mathematics" channel).
- 3Students in the assigned division automatically get access to the channel.
- 4The assigned teacher becomes the channel moderator.
- 5This integrates academic structure with campus communication.

Open Admin Dashboard and click "Subjects" in the sidebar.
