Getting started takes a few minutes. If you are stuck, write to us — a person replies.
For institutes
- Create or claim your institute. Search for its name first: if it is already listed, claim it.
- Verify it — by an email on your official domain, a registration document or a phone call — to show the badge and lift the member limit.
- Upload your roster as a spreadsheet, so people are matched as they join.
- Share your join link or print the QR poster for class groups.
- Post your first notice, and choose who sees it.
For students, parents and teachers
- Open the join link or scan the QR code your institute shared.
- Sign in with your email or Google. There is nothing to install.
- Confirm your name and role. If the institute has your number, you are matched straight away; otherwise the office approves you.
- No link? Find your institute and ask to join.
