Set up enquiry notification routing (Notifications)

Institution Preferences & Security

Control your institution’s appearance, notification routing, general preferences, and security settings. Configure page-level visibility toggles for 9 profile sections, set up enquiry email routing across 4 categories, choose timezone/currency/language, and manage deactivation or permanent deletion.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Go to Settings → Notifications in the Preferences group.
  2. 2Enquiry notifications are organised into 4 categories, each with its own email routing.
  3. 3Admissions & Academic: covers admission process, course details, fees & scholarships, eligibility, application follow-up, program clarification, and other academic queries.
  4. 4General Enquiry: covers partnership proposals, industry hiring interest, media enquiries, department contact, institutional collaboration, and other general queries.
  5. 5Concerns & Grievances: covers student welfare (bullying, discrimination, accessibility, grade appeals), financial issues, infrastructure issues, management & staff, and compliance & transparency doubts.
  6. 6Feedback: covers profile improvement suggestions, student/alumni experience feedback, and feature suggestions.
  7. 7For each category, set the email address where notifications should be sent.
  8. 8This ensures enquiries reach the right department without manual forwarding.
  9. 9Save to apply your notification routing configuration.
