- 1Go to Settings → Notifications in the Preferences group.
- 2Enquiry notifications are organised into 4 categories, each with its own email routing.
- 3Admissions & Academic: covers admission process, course details, fees & scholarships, eligibility, application follow-up, program clarification, and other academic queries.
- 4General Enquiry: covers partnership proposals, industry hiring interest, media enquiries, department contact, institutional collaboration, and other general queries.
- 5Concerns & Grievances: covers student welfare (bullying, discrimination, accessibility, grade appeals), financial issues, infrastructure issues, management & staff, and compliance & transparency doubts.
- 6Feedback: covers profile improvement suggestions, student/alumni experience feedback, and feature suggestions.
- 7For each category, set the email address where notifications should be sent.
- 8This ensures enquiries reach the right department without manual forwarding.
- 9Save to apply your notification routing configuration.
