View and respond to enquiries submitted by prospective students and parents. Track enquiry status, categorise them, and ensure timely responses to build a strong reputation.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Open an enquiry from the Enquiries list.
  2. 2Use the status dropdown or buttons to change the status to Pending, Responded, or Closed.
  3. 3Mark enquiries as "Closed" once they are fully resolved.
