View and respond to enquiries submitted by prospective students and parents. Track enquiry status, categorise them, and ensure timely responses to build a strong reputation.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Click on any enquiry to open the full details.
  2. 2Read the sender’s message and any context they provided.
  3. 3Type your response in the reply box.
  4. 4Click "Send" to deliver your response — the sender will be notified.
  5. 5The enquiry status changes to "Responded" automatically.
